Pool Management

Aquaticare offers seasonal contracts to manage your municipal, neighborhood, or organizational pool.  Our management services include opening and closing, all chemicals and maintenance, lifeguard, attendant, or concession staffing, concession management, swim lessons, and staffing for private parties.

Lifeguard Staffing

Aquaticare wants each of our clients to have a safe and fun environment for our guests to swim in.

It is important to us to keep our lifeguards trained and skilled at the highest level for spotting emergencies, good communication between guests and lifeguards, enforcing the rules of the community, and managing any First Aid or emergency situation.

Aquaticare subscribes to the American Red Cross Safety and Rescue Method for life guarding, First Aid, AED and CPR. Our American Red Cross Certified Staff Instructor conducts our training sessions in the spring for new lifeguards and recertification for returning lifeguards.

All previously trained lifeguards have to attend a one day refresher course that we provide, to be an employee of Aquaticare.

All lifeguards will attend four (4) in-services training a month, provided by us and for which they are paid their hourly wage for, to remain an employee and to be compliant with the American Red Cross rules and regulations.

We select the most qualified people for this important position so you can enjoy your pool in the summertime.
